A local NDIS provider is making a remarkable difference in the lives of people with disability across the south-east. ALC, a registered NDIS provider based in Cranbourne West, is passionate about helping participants find suitable housing and providing the supports they need to live fulfilling, independent lives.
ALC’s Intake Coordinator describes the role as deeply rewarding. “As the Intake Coordinator, I am actively working to help people find a suitable NDIS property that supports their needs and live their lives with endless possibilities. It is by far the most rewarding position I have held and being able to help part of our vulnerable community and make a difference in their lives is a great passion of mine,” Janet said.

The organisation has already made a positive impact on the community, with many success stories. Recently, ALC supported a participant to transition from aged care into an SDA property. Since moving, the participant has regained mobility, is happier, and is living more independently.
Community participation is also a key focus. ALC supports participants to access the community in safe, fun, and adventurous ways, and is planning to launch group activities and day programs in the near future.

Attending expos and networking events for the first time this year, the team has been encouraged by the positive feedback received. With a strong commitment to growth and community impact, ALC continues to strengthen its presence in the NDIS sector.
Adding to these achievements is Aussie Life Care’s growing reputation as a caring and professional workplace. Client testimonials include praise such as “Super reliable and amazing customer service. We highly recommended service!” and another participant shared that Aussie Life Care’s staff made “fantastic” efforts, from booking to extra touches like enjoyable community outings.
Together, with its Cranbourne West headquarters at the core, Aussie Life Care continues to build a strong local presence and deliver life-changing support through housing, care, community and compassion, empowering people with disability to live fuller, more independent lives.
