Every business owner is building towards something, whether that is creating a sustainable income, eventually selling the business, or passing it on to the next generation.

This practical workshop will help local business owners assess whether their current business structure and strategy support where they want the business to go. Using real-life examples, we will work through the business lifecycle from growth to exit, including how business structure can affect tax, asset protection, succession planning and the long-term value of the business.
