Branding and Design

“A rose by any other name would smell as sweet”

Surprisingly, coming up with a business/brand name might be harder than you first think. A good name should be easy to spell, easy to remember and at least have some sort of relevant meaning to your service/product. If you are starting from scratch, you may want to start with our Brainstorm template. You may need to jump back and forth through the “brand housekeeping” to make sure that you can secure the domain, SEO and Social Media tags. Once you have locked something down, its time to get creative with logos. Remember to always get a second opinion before locking anything in.

Checklist

  • Define your Brand Values
  • Brainstorm Possible Names
  • Do some Brand Housekeeping
  • Design a logo and brand assets
  • Create a Style Guide

Outcomes

This is a big step! You can now stop referring to your “little project” or “side hustle” and start sharing your brand with the world.
