Vision to Version Toolkit

Customer Development

“Know your customer, better than they know themselves”

By now, we should we have a good understanding of our target customer and at least some initial feedback to ensure that our product/idea fits their needs. Now its time to take a deep dive into the end-users world and start to put together a profile that will assist us in knowing where to find them, how to convert them and how to retain them. This insight will also help to define the MVP (minimum viable product) and business resources required to launch.
