Vision to Version Toolkit

Product Development

“UI is the saddle, the stirrups and the reigns. UX is the feeling you get when you ride the horse”

There is no value in an idea. The value lies in its execution. Only after you have taken the time to flesh out your concept, conduct some research and build a business case, should you start to jump into the exciting stage of product development. Building a product or service without this understanding, is like going into battle with a blindfold. But armed with this information, we can confidently design our product or service with a customer first approach.

Outcomes

Product Development has no destination. It is a constant process of “assessment and iteration”, by “Building, Measuring and Learning”. Our MVP is our goal for launch and should be just enough for us to start moving into pilots and trials.
