As a finalist in the Best New Business category, Game On Entertainment Centre has demonstrated remarkable growth and adaptability in a short period of time. By analysing customer data and listening closely to feedback, the business evolved from a primarily walk-in entertainment venue to a thriving destination for exclusive venue hire, parties and corporate events. This strategic shift helped drive an impressive 84 per cent increase in revenue, a 67 per cent increase in party bookings, and a Google rating improvement from 4.6 to 4.9 stars.  

Community inclusion is at the heart of the business. Game On regularly supports local charities, schools, disability support providers and community organisations. The team has hosted neurodiverse-friendly events, welcomed NDIS participants, partnered with organisations including Rock the Spectrum and Interchange Gippsland, and adapted activities to suit guests of all abilities.
