Located in Berwick, Sigma Rehab is a growing multidisciplinary allied health practice dedicated to helping people build skills, confidence and independence. The business provides occupational therapy, speech pathology and support work services to children, adolescents, adults and families across Casey and Melbourne’s south-east. Through clinic, home, school, community and telehealth appointments, Sigma Rehab delivers flexible, client-centred support tailored to the individual needs of each participant.  

Recently established in 2024, Sigma Rehab has experienced rapid growth in a short period of time. What began as a sole trader occupational therapy practice has expanded into a multidisciplinary team of 10 staff members, supporting approximately 180 active participants. The business has experienced significant year-on-year growth, increasing revenue by over 32% while maintaining a strong client retention rate of around 70 per cent.  

As a finalist in the Best New Business category, Sigma Rehab has distinguished itself through its commitment to accessible, relationship-based care. The business works closely with participants and their families, providing services in environments that are meaningful and comfortable for them. A strong focus on collaboration has helped Sigma Rehab develop trusted partnerships with local schools, kindergartens, healthcare providers, support coordinators and community organisations, strengthening referral pathways and improving outcomes for clients.
