iRock Music School: Customer Experience Finalist in the Casey Business Awards 2024

iRock Music School, a cherished local institution with a team of 20, has been recognised for its exceptional commitment to personalised, engaging music education by being named a finalist in the Customer Experience category at the Casey Business Awards 2024.

The school offers lessons in various instruments, including guitar, drums, bass, vocals, ukulele, and keyboard. Their unique methods ensure students can start playing parts of their favorite songs from the first lesson, making learning music fun and rewarding.

Their success is largely due to their teachers’ ability to tailor lessons to individual styles and musical interests, both in-person and online. To enhance their teaching, iRock Music School upskilled their staff through professional development courses on online teaching tools and methods. They also leveraged their strong network within the music education community to refine their hybrid teaching approach.

The CEO and Assistant Director, both registered with the Victorian Institute of Teachers, have expanded their school network to seven schools, with an eighth on the way. These programs provide excellent music education to schools that may not have a music program.

Accessibility and inclusivity are top priorities at iRock Music School. They offer flexible lesson schedules, financial assistance programs, and cater to students of all ages and abilities. Their premises are wheelchair accessible, and their digital platforms are user-friendly and compatible with screen readers.

The finalist nomination highlights iRock Music School’s dedication to continuous improvement and excellence in music education. Their systematic approach to goal setting, review, and benchmarking has been crucial in maintaining high standards and fostering a supportive learning environment.

Congratulations, iRock Music School!
