Trim Your Bin: Round Three Now Open
APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN!
As businesses around the world work toward more sustainable practices, the City of Casey, Mornington Peninsula Shire, and Frankston City Council have joined forces to launch the Trim Your Bin program—an innovative regional initiative supporting circular economy solutions in the commercial sector.
In partnership with Sustainability Victoria, we’re inviting City of Casey based businesses to express their interest in this free program designed to:
- Reduce waste
- Improve recycling efforts
- Adopt practical, circular economy strategies
By participating, businesses can cut down on waste, save time and money, and receive expert support to boost their environmental performance. Each participating business will be matched with a sustainability expert who will provide tailored, cost-effective waste management advice. Ongoing support is also available to help businesses stay on track.
The program is completely free, but places are limited—so don’t miss out!
- How does it work?
With the support of expert industry assessors, selected participants will get an onsite waste assessment, a tailored action plan, expert consultant guidance and support and a follow up waste assessment and report.
- Who is eligible?
It doesn’t matter what your business does, or what size it is. If you’re a registered business from Frankston, Mornington or Casey and you’ve got waste, this program is for you!
- When will it happen?
Round three of Trim Your Bin is set to run from August 2025 and is designed to empower local businesses to reduce waste and improve their environmental performance.
