Based in Cranbourne West, Empowered Business Harmony is a coaching and business empowerment practice helping women entrepreneurs build businesses that align with their strengths, values and goals.  Founded by Kirstin Wilson in 2025, Empowered Business Harmony combines Human Design with practical business strategy to help women build clear, confident and sustainable businesses. 

Since launching, Empowered Business Harmony has worked alongside more than 200 women through coaching programs, workshops and digital offerings. Clients have reported improvements of up to 40 per cent in business efficiency and clarity, while many have progressed from introductory sessions into longer-term coaching and mentoring programs. These results, alongside recognition as a finalist in both the 2026 Heart of Women Awards and the 2025 Frankston & Mornington Peninsula Business Awards, demonstrate the growing influence of the business.

Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, every client receives tailored guidance designed around their unique strengths and aspirations. The business has successfully built a loyal community through a tiered coaching model, offering accessible entry points through memberships, workshops and masterclasses before progressing clients into more intensive programs.
