We Rock The Spectrum Berwick: Casey Business Awards 2026 - Excellence in Access and Inclusion Finalist

We Rock The Spectrum Berwick is an inclusive indoor children's playground and sensory play centre designed for children of all abilities. 

Located in Clyde North, the centre provides a safe and welcoming space where children can play, learn and interact together. We Rock The Spectrum Berwick offers Open Play sessions, as well as respite sessions and social groups during school holidays. These programs give parents and carers the opportunity to take a break while their child enjoys a fun and engaging day out in the City of Casey. 

Owner Anne's lived experience with her own child has inspired a strong commitment to helping children achieve their goals. When the business first opened, it catered exclusively for children under 15 years of age. Today, it also operates an adult day program and welcomes visits from Marnebek School's senior students twice a week. 

We Rock The Spectrum Berwick is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all participants. All staff have completed the NDIS Orientation Module, and annual training is delivered by a behavioural specialist. The centre also has an on-site speech therapist who provides guidance and support to staff when working with non-verbal children. 

The team continually looks for ways to improve accessibility across the business through feedback from both customers and employees. Monthly meetings are also held with other franchise owners to discuss policy and procedure updates, and to review and implement new and existing inclusive practices.
