Entertainer Placements are arranged by Redsteps Consulting Pty Ltd, ABN 54899459870, of 2/4 Southeast Boulevard, Pakenham, VIC 3810, Phone number 03 8768 9383 ("Promoter") on behalf of the City of Casey.
This is open to businesses and performers with a valid and current ABN or Association Number registered within the City of Casey (“Organisations”).
All parties involved must have Public Liability Insurance and COVID-19 double vaccinated status.
For events that are expecting less than 500 attendees, we can provide entertainer(s) to the value of $500 and an event expecting over 500 attendees we can provide entertainers to the value of $1000 (“Placement”). Redsteps Consulting will be paying the entertainers directly on behalf of the City of Casey Council.
To be eligible to be placed in an event, an entertainer must be registered as a business or sole trader within the City of Casey and meet the requirements of the Organisations. This could include face painters, magicians, bands, choirs, dancers. Eligibility is subject to Promoters discretion.
Events must take place prior to 30 June 2022 to be eligible.
Each Organisation is able to have one Placement.
Placements are made for Organisations in the order they are requested.
Placements are available while funding lasts.
Any Organisations receiving any other Victorian Government funding to run their event or activation is not eligible for this Placement.
Recipients of a Placement at their event or activation must take a photo and provide it to the Council for use in the reporting for this activity.
Any Placement will be promoted on the GoAllOutinCasey.com.au website.
It is up to the Organisations to promote their own events.
City of Casey and Redsteps Consulting are not liable for any damages caused by any Organisations holding an event or any Placement.
Any other costs associated with the Organisation’s event is at the organiser’s discretion.
The Promoter reserves the right at any time to verify the Organisations and to determine if the Organisations are eligible for a Placement.
If an event is cancelled for any reason, the Organisations forfeit their Placements and will not be able to have another Placement.
To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its related companies and City of Casey, and associated agencies and all those entities' personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Organisation or Placement at any event: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death. Nothing in these conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct Placements and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. The Promoter will also use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at redsteps.com.au. Participation is conditional on providing this information. By agreeing to be a part of this Placement, unless otherwise advised by the Organisation or performer, each participant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and, in addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter's Privacy Policy, the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Organisation, without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the Organisation. All personal details of the Organisation will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update, opt out or correct any information should be directed to that office. Any complaints regarding the treatment of personal information should also be directed to that office and will be dealt with by the Promoter in accordance with its Privacy Policy. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Organisations personal information collected will be shared with overseas third parties who provide services to the Promoter in order to conduct the Placement. These overseas locations are noted in the Promoter's Privacy Policy. By registering for the Placement, Organisations consent for this to occur.
