FREE Parklet Program for Hospitality Businesses in Casey

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST - FREE PARKLET FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY BUSINESS

As part of Council’s Expanded Outdoor Dining Program, Council is providing a limited number of parklets to support local hospitality businesses. The City of Casey parklet program is free, and businesses are invited to review the information below and express their interest in having a parklet installed at their venue. Council will review all applications and approve parklet locations based on safety, accessibility, and traffic assessments. The FREE Parklet Expression of Interest form can be found on this page, by scrolling down.

What are parklets?

Parklets are temporary spaces, which repurpose carparks outside shopfronts into additional outdoor dining space. They use seating and planting to create an inviting social space to sit and dine, while allowing for increased social distancing.

Where can my business place a parklet?

Parklets are intended to fit in parking bays in front of an existing hospitality business.

Council is offering two options to interested businesses:

Option A
