VR AR Solutions Australia

Launching just last year, VR AR Solutions Australia have already made their mark in six countries and delivered three projects, one internationally. They also have a strong pipeline of projects for their second year, firmly grounding them in the best of actual realities.

The Workplace Inspection Module project they recently developed and delivered in Egypt uses virtual reality to assist organisations to train their staff to identify risks and hazards in their specific work zones, which covered welding, chemical handling, general warehouse, confined space access, machine safety and driving vehicles inside a workplace. From there, the trainee would be asked to suggest relevant controls to mitigate the risks.

To date, the program has trained by about 200 employees, all of whom have provided positive feedback about the innovative module.

In just the past year, they also developed and launched a content delivery platform to share safety videos, risk assessments and pre-start checks before starting heavy equipment. Innovatively, vehicle operators can access the system via a QR Code on the machine, complete the pre-start checklist, relevant safety videos and risk assessments then send it onto the safety department before starting the equipment.

VR AR Solutions are also in discussions to set up this content delivery system with Casey Cardinia Libraries to set up their Learning Management System on their computers so that job seekers can access international courses, upskill and best prepare themselves for employment. In a more immerse method, they are also discussing setting up a virtual reality booth at the Doveton Library for visitors to experience the modules.

In addition, to help foster creativity and innovation they have also developed a program  suitably called Immerse for university students to explore extended reality technologies in industries and a lecture on the use of experiential learning in an Asia-Pacific Conference to a global audience.

It seems that their commitment to innovation and safety has propelled their business into a niche market, and we can’t wait to see what they achieve in the next year.
